The SIMOTICS HT (High Torque) series consists of permanent magnet synchronous motors developed for drives that need very high torque even at low speeds. They drive the load directly without a gearbox, eliminating the gear stage.
Removing the gearbox reduces the number of wearing parts and simplifies the drive train. The motors run on a frequency converter, and torque, speed and cooling options are defined per project. The series is now supplied as Innomotics HT.
