This policy explains in plain language what information is collected when you use our website, how we use it and how we protect it. - Our website presents our products and collects quote requests; there are no user accounts and no online sales.
- We only receive information from you when you fill in a form.
- We do not use visitor tracking, analytics or advertising tools.
- We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
- We do not send you advertising or campaign emails without your permission.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the quote or contact form, we receive your full name, company, email, phone number, the product and quantity you are interested in, your message and, optionally, an attached file.
Information created automatically. As on any website, our server records your IP address, the date and time of the visit, your browser type and the requested page as a technical log when you open a page. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and fix technical problems; we do not use them to identify you or build a profile.
Cookies. Our website does not set any cookies of its own. When and why third-party services come into play is explained in our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
We use the information you send through the forms only to answer your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it. If we need price or stock information to prepare the quote, we may share the relevant part of your request with the manufacturer we represent.
Under Turkish Law No. 6563, we need your separate consent to send commercial electronic messages (advertising, campaigns, newsletters). Filling in a form does not mean you give that consent.
How the forms work
Form submissions are not stored in a database on our website. When you press the send button, your information is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, then to our email delivery service, and reaches our corporate mailbox as an email. From then on, your request is handled as normal business correspondence.
To protect the forms against automated submissions (spam, bot attacks), we may use the Cloudflare Turnstile security check. It collects some technical signals from your browser to tell that you are human; these are not used for advertising or tracking.
Service providers we use
- Hosting and corporate email: our website and email service run in data centres in Germany.
- Email delivery: form submissions are delivered to us through Resend, based in the United States.
- Form security: Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA).
- Map: the Google Maps view on our contact page loads only when you press the “Show map” button (Google LLC, USA).
Since these providers’ servers are outside Türkiye, this counts as a transfer abroad under the KVKK. Details are in our Privacy Notice (KVKK).
How we protect your information
- All pages of our website are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Only certain file types (JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF) up to 10 MB can be attached to the forms.
- Because form data is not stored on the website, there is no customer database that can be accessed through the website.
- Incoming requests are accessed only by the employees responsible for handling them.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not share passwords, bank details or special categories of personal data in the forms.
Retention
We keep requests that do not lead to a business relationship for 2 years, and correspondence relating to those that do for the statutory period (10 years). Security server logs are kept for no longer than 1 year.
Links to other websites
Our website links to the websites of the brands we represent and to Google Maps. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Children’s privacy
Our website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes
We may update this policy as our website changes. For example, if we ever decide to use a visitor statistics tool, we will first announce it on this page and in the Cookie Policy and ask for your consent where required.
