ELK Motor
ELK Motor IE2, IE3 and IE4 three-phase, single-phase and ATEX ex-proof electric motors in IEC frames 63–315, aluminium and cast iron.
ELK Motor was established in the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone by the main shareholders of Yılmaz Redüktör as an extension of the group's product family. Every production step, from engineering and machining to casting, sheet metal processing and winding, takes place at the Çerkezköy plant, and every motor goes through final inspection and testing before shipment.
The range includes three-phase motors in IEC frames 63–315, single-phase motors in frames 63–90 and ex-proof motors for Zone 2/22 and Zone 1/21. All series follow European standards and are built in efficiency classes IE2, IE3 and IE4. Because the base design already meets IE3, moving from IE2 to IE3 does not change the mounting dimensions.
Standard motors are suitable for inverter operation. Brakes, encoders, forced-ventilation fans and backstops can be fitted at the non-drive end to suit the application.
