Brakex is an electromagnetic brake and clutch brand operating in Istanbul within the DAL Group of companies. Building on the group's roughly 35 years of experience in electromagnetic brakes and clutches, it offers custom production for applications that need high torque or modularity alongside its standard range.
The range covers the YF, YFE and BEX spring-applied (fail-safe) brakes, YF-D double-safety lift brakes, EF/EK electromagnetic brakes and clutches, ETF magnetic particle brakes and clutches, and EDK toothed clutches. The YF and YFE series in the Genel Motor Redüktör catalogue are Brakex products.
