The Öztekfen D series (DRM) consists of parallel shaft helical gear units with a monoblock housing and a hollow output shaft. The housing is made of GG-20/GG-22 grey cast iron, and a solid output shaft or output flange can be added on request.
Two- and three-stage versions share the same housing for a wide ratio range and high torque, and the reduction can be extended to six stages. Hardened and ground gears (58 – 62 HRC) and long-life bearings are used throughout. The series suits compact drives mounted directly on the driven shaft.
