Varan's deep-well group includes the 4SD 4 & 4SD 8, 4SD 10 & 4SD 16 and 4STM 4" submersible pumps, the 5" bottom-suction STM pumps, and the 4" all-stainless and stainless S4SP series. Varan-DM 4" submersible motors and Varan-DP electronic control panels complete the range.
In the 4SD 4 and 4SD 8 series, for example, the motor and pump sleeves, suction and discharge housings and shaft are AISI 304 stainless steel, with POM impellers and PC diffusers. With an oil-cooled motor and IP68 protection, the pumps can be submerged up to 40 m and started up to 20 times per hour.
